Brush & Beyond: Art for Tomorrow is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Cecilia Chen in September of 2025. After they realized how little opportunity many children had to learn about art, they wanted to make a change by making art education free.

Together, they created a YouTube channel and began posting art history videos and activity tutorials. Today, they've grown to 130+ videos (55+ full lessons), reaching 46,000+ views. Through hosting in person art workshops (as pictured on the left), they've also reached more than 100 kids in person, watching them grow in their creative confidence. They're so excited to continue their journey!

Brush & Beyond's next goal is to pilot their lesson plans and activities in real classrooms. They'll be piloting Art Explorer Kits, which include materials each classroom needs that pair with lessons straight from their platform. They're also in the process of building an app, which they hope will be able to let children save their progress and provide even more in depth lessons/tutorials.

As of September 21st, Brush & Beyond turned 1 year old!
